In the event of an internet outage, prior to installation, NexLine technicians will set up an alternate / redundant route so that no calls are missed. Auto attendants will still be working, and calls will come in through the Mobile App. If a customer leaves a voicemail, messages will still go to email. NexLine can even route incoming calls to cell phones or different business office locations or outside numbers. Your business will still receive calls and messages, and to the outside world, it will not appear as though your company is down.
