Yes! We offer two types of faxing options, a fax to email solution or a full traditional fax adaption.
We facilitate and price out internet services through our partnerships. We will also advise and recommend broadband services, based on your office location(s), budget, download and upload speed availability, as well as what is required to run your business effectively.
In the event of an internet outage, prior to installation, NexLine technicians will set up an alternate / redundant route so that no calls are missed. Auto attendants will still be working, and calls will come in through the Mobile App. If a customer leaves a voicemail, messages will still go to email. NexLine can even route incoming calls to cell phones or different business office locations or outside numbers. Your business will still receive calls and messages, and to the outside world, it will not appear as though your company is down.
• Depending on the type of installation, Onsite vs Remote, you can expect your business to operate with low impact or disruption to your network.
• For both Onsite and Remote installation, an Implementation Specialist will schedule a call for the design of the new system.

When the numbers are ready to port to the new service, the transition will happen at that moment. Our technicians will provide training to staff and administration to ensure a seamless transition.
• For Remote Installation, we will coordinate with your IT or onsite staff member, instructing them on how to connect the phones to your current network. We will also be on standby for support and technical questions. After everything has been completed, we will provide a live webinar training.
